Key Responsibilities:
− Assisting in updating monthly and weekly reports;
− Assisting in updating and formatting marketing materials such as fund presentations and tear sheets;
− Updating and tracking investor information and distribution lists in CRM system;
− Assisting in due diligence questionnaires and related requests;
− Updating questionnaire database to ensure it is up to date;
− Aiding in the creation of presentations and commentaries for existing and prospective investors;
− Helping coordinate and prepare materials for existing and prospective investors’ calls and meetings;
− Researching, analysing, and reporting to Bright Meadow on industry trends and competitor performance;

− A detail-oriented, driven team player with strong analytical skills and an eagerness to develop an understanding of Bright Meadow’s invested asset classes, strategy approaches and investment products/ vehicles
Education, Skills, & Experience:
− Pursuing a B.S. or B.A. from a 4‐year college or university (only current juniors, seniors will be considered) or pursing a Master’s degree;
− Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
− Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
− Organized, detail‐oriented, accurate, motivated, team player
− Works well under pressure with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload while adhering to strict deadlines
− Preference will be given to candidates with structured product knowledge
− Experience working with Bloomberg is a bonus
− Prior employment or internship experience in a related/transferable business environment is preferred
− Must provide writing and PowerPoint samples
Compensation
− Terms of employment: Full-time Summer Internship (Monday – Friday 8am-5pm)
− Location: New York, NY
− Dates: Summer 2025 (specific dates negotiable) with potential opportunity to extend to full-time employment upon graduation
− Salary: Paid, commensurate with experience*
