Job Role & Description

We are building out our Middle Office and Valuation function in New York and are seeking an experienced Valuations /P&L/Product Control Analyst to join the team. This role is front office facing, working closely with Portfolio Managers, CIO team, Trading Assistants, Operations, Risk, and Technology. The position has direct responsibility for intraday and end of day P&L, pricing, and valuation across multiple fixed income asset classes in a fast paced environment. You will work hands on with front office and middle office systems (Enfusion, Numerix, Bloomberg) and multiple market data and analytics platforms to ensure accurate P&L reporting, robust valuation controls, and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of intraday pricing, valuation, and P&L calculation and reporting.

  • Partnering with Operations and Technology on production of timely and accurate end-of-day P&L reporting process.

  • Confirming the accuracy, availability, and completeness of market data, including reconciliations, controls, and exception reporting.

  • Working with Technology, Risk, and Operations on new product onboarding, including market data sourcing and inputs for curves, surfaces, and valuation models.

  • Investigation, escalation, and resolution of intraday and EOD pricing, valuation, and P&L discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with PMs, Trading Assistants, Operations, and Technology to resolve trade amendments, instrument setup issues, and lifecycle events impacting P&L and valuations.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Pricing, Valuations, P&L, Product Control, or Middle Office, ideally within a multi-manger hedge fund environment.

  • Strong pricing and valuation expertise across Fixed Income, Rates, Credit, FX, Futures, and Derivatives.

  • Hands‑on experience with front‑office / OMS / PMS platforms (e.g., Enfusion).

  • Experience working with market data providers such as Bloomberg, ICE, Markit, Refinitiv.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across Front Office, Risk, Operations, and Technology.

  • Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement, controls, and automation.

Compensation:

  • Terms of employment: Full-time, non-exempt

  • Benefits: Full medical, dental and vision coverage; 401K

  • Salary: $150,000 to $175,000 commensurate with experience*
